Our account managers, program managers, and Development Services Scientists work together to ensure that your project is successfully completed and that your scientific and regulatory concerns are addressed.

Our client support services include:

Account Managers 
Our Account Managers are your primary contacts prior to your project initiation. The account managers provide in-depth knowledge of BioReliance services and resources available to support your project(s) and are also your advisors on testing strategies, which is supported by the technical and regulatory teams.

Program Managers 
Our Program Managers works with the account managers to define your project and is your point of contact when your study is in progress. They provide timely reports and monitors all studies and project plans to ensure that deadlines are met. Program managers also integrates project details into operational planning.

Principal Scientists
Our Principal Scientists are industry leading experts in their fields, possessing the knowledge required to anticipate regulatory developments and technology changes. They work with our operational teams to develop sound scientific and regulatory programs that steer products reliably through preclinical stages to commercialization.

iNet™ Client Extranet System
BioReliance’s study submission and tracking system allows users to securely submit test requests electronically, view the status of current and past studies, determine when tests will be completed, download reports and see current versions of protocols. All of this is offered within a single web-based environment that is compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 (US FDA) and the European Union (EU) GMP Annex 11 (Computerised Systems).

BioReliance Quality Management Systems
Globally, BioReliance Integrated Quality System (BRIQS) allows internal, customer and regulatory requirements to be met in a timely manner. This integrated platform allows ease of review and traceability between workflows, ensuring that clients are notified with any significant changes.
