ELISA & Electrochemiluminescence Assays

Enzyme Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay (ELISA) is a commonly used test that utilizes antibodies to detect and quantify specific analytes such as peptides, proteins, and hormones. The ELISA platform offers a sensitive and specific detection method that is also rapid and cost effective. 

We have significant experience in assay development with both ELISA and MSD Electrochemiluminescence platforms and currently offer a wide range of routine and custom immunoassays in support of preclinical and clinical testing as well as routine lot release and stability programs:

Electrochemiluminescence (ECL) can be detected through the Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) platform. ECL technology uses luminescence produced during electrochemical reactions to detect various types of analytes using specific antibody combinations. ECL offers higher sensitivity, a wider dynamic range, a reduced impact of matrix effects and requires lower sample volumes. This allows for a broader assay offering including:

  • Multiplexed Cytokine analysis
  • Custom Immunogenicity assays
  • Biomarker analysis
