Benefits (for US employees)

Below is a summary of the benefit options available to all employees effective with the first day of employment.

Medical Coverage Options
The medical coverage is provided through United Healthcare. Additional details of the plans are provided during new hire orientation.

Dental Coverage
The comprehensive dental plan is provided by Delta Dental of Missouri.

Vision Coverage
The vision plan is provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP).

Life, AD&D, Supplemental Life, Voluntary AD&D, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Coverage
The Life and Disability plans are provided by Principal Life Insurance Company. 
Basic Life Insurance (100% Company-paid)

  • Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (100% Company-paid)
  • Short-Term Disability (STD) (100% Company-paid)
  • Long-Term Disability (LTD) (100% Company-paid)

– Supplemental Life
– Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment

401(k) Plan 
The 401(k) Plan is provided by Fidelity Investments offering a variety of funds, including lifestyle funds, bonds, etc. You are eligible to enroll into your 401(k) anytime after you receive your first paycheck. You are able to contribute between 1-75% of your earnings towards your 401(k) to the IRS annual maximum contribution limit. We offer a generous company match.

Flexible Spending Accounts
The Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts is administered by BMO. This plan allows you to set aside a yearly maximum of $2,500 pre-tax for reimbursement of health care expenses and a separate yearly maximum of $5,000 pre-tax for reimbursement of dependent day care expenses.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP plan is provided Magellan Behavioral Health.

The EAP services include:

  • Free, confidential referral and counseling services
  • Eight face-to-face sessions per incident per personal issue
  • Available to employees, dependents and household members

Assists with:

  • Interpersonal and family relationships
  • Stress
  • Conflicts at work
  • Substance abuse
  • Legal Services
  • Advocacy Service

The Advocacy Service provides support for benefit issues such as:

  • Claim disputes
  • Billing issues
  • Access to care
  • Selection of doctors or hospitals

Tuition Assistance

Full time employees are eligible for up to $5,000 per calendar year after six months of service.

Benefits (for UK employees)

The pension scheme is open to all UK employees who reside in the United Kingdom. You are eligible to enroll anytime after 3 months of employment. The company will double your contribution up to a maximum of 9%.

Life Assurance
The life assurance coverage is fully paid for by the company at four times your annual salary. (Death in service benefit)

Private Healthcare Insurance
Private healthcare/medical coverage is offered to all employees. Additional details can be obtained from the Human Resources Department.

Employee Assistance Program
Employee Assistance Program, Be Supported, is available to all employees and immediate family members as long as they live in the same household:

  • 24 hours access to a life management and health information portal
  • Online Therapy
  • An interactive healthy lifestyles website
  • Telephone Support
  • Face to Face Counseling

Child Care Vouchers
All eligible working parents are offered Computershare Childcare Vouchers. Childcare Vouchers are non-taxable and exempt from National Insurance contributions for employees, whilst offering NI savings for employers. Childcare Vouchers are the recognized payment method for registered careers.
