BioReliance has extensive experience in cell culture development and downstream purification for viral production in mammalian cell line at both the small scale and up to production-sized bioreactors. We can optimize viral expression and harvest conditions and can produce cGMP lots at our cGMP production site in Europe. We often take an existing R&D program and bring it to clinical trials by offering feasibility studies into scalable technologies. Recent projects have included:
