Cell Culture Media Growth Adaptation
BioReliance can offer this service in either of our cGMP Manufacturing facilities, in Glasgow, UK or Rockville, MD. Technical discussion will be held with clients to evaluate their specific requirements. Cell lines requiring serum-containing medium can be adapted to grow in serum-free medium and in suspension systems, making them suitable for use in efficient manufacturing processes.
Viral Production and Purification
BioReliance has extensive experience in cell culture development and downstream purification for virus production in mammalian cell lines in small scale and production-sized bioreactors. We can optimize viral expression and harvest conditions to manufacture product lots at our cGMP production site in the UK.
