How BioReliance Uses Your Personal Information
This policy covers how BioReliance obtains, stores and treats personal information that we collect and receive, including information related to our customer that is personally identifiable this include but is not limited to your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

The Privacy Policy Only Applies to BioReliance
This policy does not apply to companies that BioReliance does not control or own, or to people that BioReliance does not employ or manage. Subcontractors of BioReliance have their own, preexisting privacy policies which may be view on their websites.

Information Collection and Use
BioReliance will only collect information that is pertinent to the delivery of quality service to our customers. BioReliance limit access to personal information about our customers to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide better services to our customers. Employees who are in violation of our Privacy Policy will be subject to our normal disciplinary process, which may include termination of employment and prosecution according the Maryland state laws.

BioReliance does NOT rent, sell, or share personal information of any sort with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services at our customer’s request and permission.

Subcontractors are required to conform to our privacy policy and to allow us to audit them for compliance on an as needed basis.

Information Security
BioReliance takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alterations, disclosure or destruction of data. We internally audit our data collection method, storage, processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measure to guard against unauthorized access to systems which store personal information.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce our customers rights under this Privacy Policy without explicit consent. Any changes will be made to better ensure that the customer’s personal information is more secured. Each version of the policy will be archived and accessible to the customers.
